i find myself talking to frustrated kids pastors all the time. being a kids pastor can be hard, it can be exhausting, but it is also one of the most special things to be a part of! i often say, “anyone can go to adult church, but only a select few get to encounter Jesus with the little ones every week!”

  • the average coaching block is 6 sessions, typically in an every other week fashion, but you’ll work with mal to decide the best schedule for your unique needs.

    from your first session, you’ll create manageable goals based on your needs. mal will be there along the way!

    coaching typically takes place in one hour sessions, over zoom.

  • mal believes FIRMLY that good systems are imperative in ministry! from planning center (or your database) workflows, to proper list formation, and clear goals, systems not only create more time for you to connect with people, but they also make sure nobody falls through the cracks!

    the average kids leader is typically not fantastic at systems, and i get it! but i’m here to help!
